We comply with the Personal Data Protection Law of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and its implementing regulations. This site is designed to work without collecting personal data.

Shawahid, a Saudi company in formation. For anything about your personal data, use the email address on our contact page. The company’s registration details (legal name, commercial registration and national address) will be added here once registration is complete.
What we don’t collect
- We don’t use cookies.
- We don’t use analytics, tracking or advertising tools, and no third-party service is loaded on our pages.
- The site has no input forms.
What is stored on your device only
We store your light or dark mode choice in your browser’s local storage under the key theme. It is never sent to us, and you can remove it by clearing this site’s data in your browser.
Hosting
The site is hosted on Cloudflare. The provider may process temporary technical data such as IP address and browser type for security, abuse prevention and operating the site, and this processing may take place on servers outside the Kingdom within the provider’s network. We don’t use this data to identify or track you.
When you contact us
- What we process: your name, email address, the content of your message and any attachments.
- Purpose: replying to and following up on your request, and preparing a proposal or scorecard if you ask for one.
- Legal basis: your consent by sending the message, and your interest in receiving a reply.
- Sharing: we don’t share your correspondence with anyone for marketing. Our email is hosted by Zoho in its US data centres, so correspondence is stored outside the Kingdom.
- Sensitive data: please don’t send personal or sensitive data by email. We exchange project data inside the client’s environment or through the channel the client specifies.
- Retention: no more than 12 months from the last contact, unless the conversation becomes a contract, in which case statutory contract retention periods apply.
Your rights
Under the law you have the right to:
- Be informed of how your data is collected and processed, and why.
- Access your data and receive a copy of it.
- Ask for it to be corrected, completed or updated.
- Ask for it to be destroyed once its purpose ends.
- Withdraw your consent at any time.
- Complain to the Saudi Data and AI Authority (SDAIA).
To exercise any of these rights, write to the email address on our contact page. We will reply within 30 days of receiving your request.
Updates
We may update this policy when the way the site works changes. The date of the last update appears at the foot of every page.
